What will I get for the £50 web page?

You'd be getting a professional looking single-page web presence that is ideal for sharing information to anyone using a free standard Google Site link. What do they look like? As an example, Tanners Tours London started off almost instantly with a web address of :   https://sites.google.com/view/tannerstourslondon-uk- This is still functional but in a wider setting, you tend to want something easier and shorter to remember and so I purchased a domain name of tannerstours.com - both work, but a domain name gives you more options down the track, but takes longer to set up and costs money to subscribe to every year. If it's not a domain that is considered to be high value (like bespoke car number plates) then I'd be happy to try and research, secure and purchase one for you for an additional £50 which would have covered the cost for me finding tannertours.com or jasontanner.uk  as equivalent examples.

None of this is set in stone and further down the tracks you can change your ideas (for additional development costs). You'd need to supply the finalised text for your web page (Ideally no more than 500 words - 1000 at a push) and any images or logos you'd like displayed in standard format. I'd be happy to set up a couple of links to any standard format documents you might want to be available on your page. 

You'd have a couple of templates to choose from and we'd try and work toward a colour-scheme that suits your needs (eg compliments existing logos) but keeping things simple.  You can build on this one starter page in to a complete multi-page website in the future if you  wanted.  

You'd have the opportunity to comment and make final changes on  a 'proof' of your page, set with the text and any images you provide, before your changes are incorporated and a final version is produced and then handed over to your safe keeping or retained by me to manage if required. 

The starter web-page is for non-sales sites that are not undertaking financial transactions through credit cards or similar though a QR payment code could be included if needed from financial institutions such as Pay Pal as an example

If my schedule allows and you present me with your text and a rough idea of where you'd want any images inserted within the text and any captions you might want - and if you are accessible to clear your draft, then a simple page could be launched within 2-24 hours or so if everything falls into place.

A 50% deposit is required to start the work wit the balance required no later than 14 days after the final web page  is made available with your clear amendments.

What will I get for the £250 starter package?

You are buying the creation of a Google Site website (like mine) that you will be able to control, develop and expand for yourself in the future. This includes up to 7 hours of my time to consult, research and place text, images, logos or other materials on your site as well as get the initial 'technicals' sorted for you. Your individual needs may need to be tailored to suit, but the cost includes factors such as the research and securing of a unique, professional looking website address (domain) for up to a year and an associated bespoke email address if required. This package is for sites not involved in financial cash handling though I can quote for this separately if you are likley to need a transactions section or basic online 'shop' facility

How long will it take?

For a single web page: If you present me with completed , structured  text and images to include and you make yurself avaiable to make quick decisions on 'the look' you want then you could have something  on-line in as little as 60-120 minutes - but unless you have something very urgent to  say, it doesn't need to be as intense as this

For a multi-page start site: This can vary a little and is partly governed by the time taken to secure a bespoke domain name and then to pass it through the Internet's various systems  that link computers globally. But if you were to present me with a clear vision of what you want on each page and already broken down into sections with illustrations / images( if wanted) then it can be as little as 3 days, But that also requires you to sign off drafts within an hour or two of receiving them and me having a clear diary -  though the reality of most peoples' world can be different. So I'd estimate 7 to 10 days to go live from the initial consultation - but this is not set in stone. It's certainly helpful to know of any pressing deadlines to get launched before we start.
